This Pre-front Boiler Measurement is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China Standard GB/T 7534-2004 "Determination of Boiling Range of Industrial Volatile Organic Liquids", and is suitable for the determination of boiling ranges of industrial volatile organic liquids and organic solvents for raw materials.  Equipped with a suitable flask, it can also be used for the distillation determination of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, special boiling point solvents, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products.

1. The Pre-front Boiler Measurement is a table-top, front-mounted structure with reasonable design and easy operation.
2. The heating of the distillation flask is controlled by a heating furnace, and the heating power is continuously adjustable and indicated by an electric meter
3. The lifting of the distillation flask is freely adjusted by the lifting adjustment device, which is convenient and flexible.

⑴ Working power supply: AC(220±10%)V, 50Hz.

⑶ Volume of graduated cylinder: 100ml, graduation 1ml.

⑷ Distillation flask: meet the requirements of GB/T 7534-2004.

⑸ Thermometer: The thermometer is mercury-glass type.

⑹ Electric furnace movable plate: made of silicon carbide plate, the apertures are φ32㎜ and φ38㎜ respectivel.

⑺ Distillation flask: Made of hard glass, the outer diameter of the sphere of the bottle is φ65㎜, the inner diameter of the neck is φ16.9㎜, and the inclination angle between the branch pipe and the neck is 75°±3°.

⑻ Ambient temperature: room temperature ∼+35℃.

⑼ Relative humidity: ≤85%.

⑾ Machine power consumption: not more than 1100W.
