Sichuan Qimingxing Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established in March 2002, covering an area of over 1,500 mu, with an annual production capacity of 125,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum and 150,000 tons of anodes. The company's current products include aluminum ingots, molten aluminum, low-vanadium and low-titanium aluminum alloys, aluminum alloy wire rods, and carbon products for aluminum. In January 2017, with the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the company was officially transferred to Meishan City, becoming the largest state-owned enterprise under the jurisdiction of Meishan City.
Jiahang's softening point tester (ring and ball method) is widely used for determining the dropping point and softening point of amorphous polymers, identifying their density, degree of polymerization, heat resistance, and other physicochemical properties. It is used for component analysis or quality control of coal tar, asphalt, rosin, petrolatum, lubricating oil, synthetic resins, and various ointments, and can replace the traditional Ubbelohde dropping point method. It features precise PID temperature control, digital display, high accuracy, and stable performance, conforming to GB8728-88 standards and relevant ASTM, DIN, and ISO standards. Innovations include simultaneous testing of two samples; linear PID precise temperature control; and continuously adjustable stirring rate.
