Since its establishment in November 2019, the Jinzhong Municipal Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center has undergone two rounds of integration and optimization, developing into a comprehensive technical institution integrating inspection and testing, metrological calibration, standardization research, and technical services. The center integrated resources from 10 institutions, including the former Jinzhong Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Inspection and Testing Institute, the Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center, and the Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Institute, and also operates under four other names, including the Jinzhong Municipal Standardization Research Center and the Drug Inspection and Testing Center, forming a technical service system covering the entire industry chain.
The Shanghai Jiahang AIpol-P series polarimeter is an instrument for determining the optical rotation of substances. By measuring optical rotation, it can analyze and determine the specific rotation, international sugar content, concentration, and purity of substances. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, petroleum, food, chemicals, fragrances, flavors, and sugar refining, as well as related universities and research institutes. Innovations include: built-in Peltier temperature control for improved accuracy and stability; display of optical rotation/specific rotation/concentration/saccharimetry; LED cold light source replacing traditional sodium lamps and halogen lamps; multi-level access control with freely configurable permissions; an 8-inch touchscreen color display with a user-friendly interface; compliance with 21 CFR requirements (electronic signature, data traceability, audit trail, data tamper-proofing, etc.); and full compliance with GLP and GMP certification standards.
