The JHZR-2 Fully Automatic Cone Penetration Tester is an automatic intelligent instrument designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements and relevant regulations of the 2025 Pharmacopoeia "0983 Cone Penetration Determination Method", GB1790-2003 "Pharmaceutical Vaseline", and GB/T 269-1991 "Cone Penetration Determination Method for Lubricating Greases and Petroleum Greases". It is mainly suitable for testing pharmaceutical ointments, lubricating greases, cosmetic pastes, petroleum asphalt, food raw materials, and sealants. Innovations include: intelligent touch-screen fully automatic testing; automatic motor lifting with ±0.1mm positioning accuracy; high-precision temperature control with ±0.1℃; quick-release cone rod + cold light source cone alignment system; convenient data management with support for USB flash drive export; optional II/III cones and a mini printer.
