The JHZR-2 fully automatic cone penetration tester is an intelligent instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant regulations of standards such as the 2025 Pharmacopoeia "0983 Cone Penetration Test Method," GB1790-2003 "Pharmaceutical Vaseline," and GB/T 269-1991 "Cone Penetration Test Method for Greases and Petroleum Greases." It is primarily suitable for testing pharmaceutical ointments, lubricating greases, cosmetic pastes, petroleum asphalt, food ingredients, and sealants. Its innovative features include: intelligent touchscreen operation for fully automatic testing; motorized automatic raising and lowering with ±0.1mm positioning accuracy; high-precision temperature control within ±0.1°C; a quick-release cone rod and cold light source alignment system; convenient data management with USB flash drive export support; optional size II/III cones, and a micro printer.
