The DigiPol-R series fully automatic refractometers are equipped with a high-performance linear array CCD sensor, utilizing high-speed, high-precision signal acquisition and analysis technology, and a semiconductor Peltier super-temperature control system. They can efficiently and accurately measure the refractive index (nD) and mass fraction (Brix) of various liquids, including transparent, translucent, dark, and viscous liquids. Built-in Peltier temperature control improves accuracy and stability. A dual-temperature controller and sapphire prism are included. LED cold light sources replace traditional sodium and halogen lamps. They comply with 21 CFR Part 11 audit trails, pharmacopoeias, and electronic signatures. They support network printing and data statistical retrieval, multi-level permission management with flexible configuration, a 7-inch touchscreen color display, and a user-friendly interface. The system is TART and CE certified. These fully automatic refractometers are widely used in the petroleum, oil, pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, and sugar industries, and are also commonly used in universities and related research institutions.
