The JH-2806H automatic softening point tester from Jiahang is widely used for the determination of the dropping point and softening point of amorphous polymer compounds, to determine their physical and chemical properties such as density, degree of polymerization, and heat resistance. It is also applicable for the component detection or quality control of coal tar, asphalt, rosin, vaseline, lubricating oil, synthetic resins, and various ointments, and can replace the traditional Ubber dropping point determination method. The JH-2806H automatic softening point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards of GB 12007.6-1989, GB/T 15332-1994 and GB 9284-1988. Microcomputer control, electronic photoelectric measurement, automatic stirring, linear heating, and the heating rate meets the requirements of the standard. It adopts high-temperature resistant quartz square glass cylinder beakers, with LCD display and touch keyboard control. It can test four samples simultaneously, and with Settings, it can also test two samples. Automatically complete the test. After the test is completed, display and automatically print the test results. PID temperature precise control, fully automatic detection, digital display reading, high precision, stable performance. It complies with GB8728-88 standard and meets ASTM, DIN and ISO relevant standards.
